• Like having an extra pair of eyes. The radar-based driver assistance system warns you about vehicles in the “blind spot” and if needed actively supports steering your MINI back into the lane. Two photosensors detect if the light from behind is greater than from the front, and then gradually adjust the reflectance of the mirror according to the intensity.
