• Simple yet very effective protection against the theft of your rims and wheels. This reliable locking system comprises four wheel bolts with special encoding and a matching key. One bolt is fitted per wheel, and each has special internal teeth so they can only be released using the special key tool included in the package. This added layer of security acts as a considerable deterrent to anyone thinking about trying to make off with your precious wheels.

• Tyre pressure monitoring for smoother, safer drives. This intelligent system uses sensors to check the air pressure of your tyres while you’re driving and automatically warns you of any loss in pressure. This helps you avoid tyre damage, poor traction on roads, flat tyres, or even blowouts. It helps ensure your MINI’s components and systems all function properly to deliver its hallmark driving dynamics – and achieve best possible braking distances on any surface. It saves fuel costs, too, as even just a 0.6 bar dip in pressure can result in up to 4% more energy consumption.

• Quick, reliable and easy temporary solution for flat tyres. This repair kit lets you fix small punctures to enable you to drive carefully (at a maximum speed of 80 km/h) to the nearest workshop. It includes a nylon case with puncture sealant, high-performance pump, gloves, a user’s manual and adaptor valves.

• Keep a firm grip. This three-spoke sports steering wheel is crafted from high-quality, synthetic leather with Vibrant Silver stitching. Its thick rim and contoured, ergonomic thumb rests give you a better grip. The 6 o’clock spoke is furnished with a black fabric sports strip embellished with Vibrant Silver accents and stitching. • Enjoy extra protection against theft, and greater peace of mind should anyone attempt to break into or remove your MINI. This alarm system responds to changes of position and vibrations by triggering a warning sound and activating the flashing hazard lights. A light in the interior mirror shows the system has been activated.

• Comfort Access lets you unlock and lock the doors and tailgate easily and conveniently. It automatically detects and verifies the key in your pocket or bag, activates the welcome light staging as you approach (approximately 3 metres) before it unlocks (approximately 1 metre) and locks while you are leaving (approximately 2 metres). It's just perfect for when you need to come and go quickly and easily.
  
  With the MINI Digital Key Plus you can open your MINI by getting closer to it just with your compatible phone. MINI Digital Key Plus uses ultra-wideband (UWB) technology and works in just the same way as a traditional key fob. So if you are nearby, and your phone is in your pocket or a bag, it will unlock your MINI automatically – and then lock it again when you leave. Moreover, you can share the key with your family or friends just by texting a message.

• Immerse yourself in a compelling orchestration of light and sound. Choose from up to eight MINI Experience Modes and transform your interior into a new sensory experience. Each mode has its own creative design, colour, dynamic background and sound palette. Flick the switch in the toggle bar and personalise your surroundings to how you're feeling. Core, Go-kart and Green come as standard – and four optional modes – Personal, Timeless, Vivid and Balance – give you more ways to see, hear and feel your mood in the cockpit. An optional light projector on the back of the MINI Interaction Unit bathes the whole dash in colours and patterns to match the Experience Mode selected. And the optional Head-up Display also adapts to the mode you have chosen.

• Enjoy a cool interior in the heat, minimised glare and maximum comfort. The sun protection glazing is for the rear windscreen and rear side window. It reduces heat build-up inside your MINI in strong sunlight. And your rear passengers not only enjoy a far more comfortable journey but greater discretion, too.

• This package adds extra functions to your MINI’s exterior and interior mirrors to make your drive safer and more comfortable. Electrically folding side mirrors protect your MINI from damage when you park. The automatic parking function adjusts the tilt on the passenger side mirror downward while in reverse to guide you. The electrochromic glass of the driver’s side mirror dims to protect your eyes from glare. And you can save your preferred mirror and seat settings using the key-dependent memory function. In cold weather, your mirrors automatically warm up to reduce condensation and prevent ice building up. And you get greeted every time by a MINI logo projection from your external mirror on both driver and passenger side.

• Enhancing your safety and comfort at night, the automatic anti-dazzle function reduces glare from cars behind you. Two photosensors detect if the light from behind is greater than from the front, and then gradually adjust the reflectance of the mirror according to the intensity. Since you don’t have to operate the mirror manually, your hands can safely remain on the steering wheel.

• Warm and cozy couldn't be cooler. The optional seat heating in your MINI quickly heats up your front seats to a relaxing temperature that you can adjust to three levels to get you warmed up and relaxed when it's cold outside. It heats your seat cushion and the entire contact surface of the backrest to provide all-round comfort. In addition, the heat can be distributed however you like by simply using the Control Display.

• Making light work of driving at night. When activated, the high beam automatically turns on when it is dark and turns off automatically where the roads are sufficiently lit. The High-Beam assistant is a front facing sensor integrated into the front of your MINI’s interior mirror. And it makes driving at night much safer by automatically switching the headlights from high-beam to low-beam to avoid dazzling road users. It switches back to full-beam once the road ahead is clear.

• Like having an extra pair of eyes. The radar-based driver assistance system warns you about vehicles in the “blind spot” and if needed actively supports steering your MINI back into the lane. In addition it helps detecting crossing traffic behind you when you are reversing with your MINI. It also helps preventing accidents in the rear e.g. by warning approaching traffic by flashing your MINI ‘s hazard lights. Last but not least it warns you when you open the door for exiting your MINI in case there is a risk of a collision with traffic passing by from the back. Please note that the systems contained in this equipment only provide assistance within specifically defined limits. • Active Guard is a collision warning system with integrated braking function. The front camera is able to detect vehicles ahead of you, it can also detect pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles at a standstill. This early detection enables you to be aware of potential hazards and helps you to react in good time. It preconditions your MINI’s brakes and in some instances it might even apply them – subject to speed, distance and hazard parameters – to minimise stopping distances in an emergency.

• See things you might have missed. In addition to powerful and efficient Bi-LED technology for low- and high beam these LED headlights offer adaptive low beam distribution with increased illumination at the sides; for brighter insights in curves and corners – for city, rural and motorway traffic as well as in bad weather. In the light menu, you can choose from three distinctive light-signatures created by daytime running light elements for front- and rear light – complemented by a corresponding welcome and goodbye staging. You can easily deactivate the front passenger airbag via the MINI Interaction Unit, ensuring safety for your little ones. Our system includes a prominent dashboard warning indicator light that grabs your attention, reminding everyone that the airbag is deactivated

• Inspired by jet cockpit technology, the MINI Head-Up Display puts everything you want to know right in your line of sight. Installed on your dashboard, the transparent screen displays key data such as driving speed, maps, driver assistance features and entertainment details. As clear as can be, it provides excellent image quality even in brightly lit environments. You can easily adjust height and brightness, and you can tailor the information it displays to your needs. It also adapts to the MINI Experience Mode you have chosen so you enjoy a consistent and holistic experience – and stay fully in the picture.

• MINI Teleservices keeps you and your MINI on the road. It enables connectivity between MINI and your car itself, and is a range of intelligent telematics services that provide support for your MINI when it requires servicing, maintenance or breakdown assistance. Sensors continuously monitor the state of key components including your battery, and they’ll tell you in good time when action is necessary. Depending on the situation, service information is transmitted via an Automatic Teleservice Call on an as-needed basis to your preferred MINI Centre. By the time your MINI Centre calls you to arrange an appointment, they’ll know everything they need to about your MINI. This means they can pre-order any parts that may be needed. What’s more, an instant connection with Roadside Assistance means help is soon at hand, should it ever be needed.

• Your MINI can call for help even if you can't. The Legal Emergency Call is a statutory emergency assistance system regulated by the European Union. It is automatically activated if airbags are deployed and transmits relevant information to the nearest public rescue services, including exact GPS coordinates, the time of the incident and the vehicle identification number. The Legal Emergency Call can read the speed and angle of the car on impact and how many seatbelts were in use at the time. Based on this data, the Legal Emergency Call determines the severity of the impact.

MINI ConnectedDrive allows you to book a constantly evolving collection of digital features and services that intelligently connect your MINI with the outside world. These are designed to make your journey as easy and enjoyable as possible, delivering the best possible support before and during every trip. In addition to telematics services, they include driver assistance systems, connections for mobile devices as well as entertainment and traffic services. If necessary, it enables you to authenticate your vehicle so that our service teams can swiftly locate your whereabouts and render assistance. It comes with MINI Teleservices and a permanently installed SIM card. No personal data is permanently saved, and there is no disclosure to third parties.
